インターネットブラウザ Microsoft Edge を使っています。
sMedio DTCP MOVE をクリックするとこの様な画面になってしまいます。
このような場合どうすればいいのでしょうか？

返事が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
早速問題点について取り掛かりたいと思います。
1.一度sMedioをアンインストールし、再度インストールしてみてください。
2.一度NAS本体をリセットしてください。（NASの背面にある小さな穴をペーパークリップなどで押してください。３秒以上押し続け、ピーッと音が鳴ったら成功です）
※こちらはNAS本体のリセットですので、設定（ネット設定、アカウントパスワード）以外はリセットされません。保存されたデータはそのままですので、ご安心ください。
３.以上を試してみても問題が解決できなかった場合は、ADM-System InformationにあるDr.ASUSTORでNASの健康診断書をダウウンロードし、弊社にお渡しください。
お手数をおかけしますが、何卒宜しくお願い致します。
外付けハードディスクは外した方がいいのでしょうか？

お早いお返事ありがとうございます。
NAS内に挿入してあるHDDは外す必要がありませんが、外部からつなげているHDDは取り外していただいたほうがいいです。
補足
ご存じかもしれませんが、リセットした後のアカウントネームとパスワードはadminになります。
I just purchased a HP Notebook 15-DB0018DS and I have tried everything and can’t play seem to play any movies in drive. I even tried downloading another CD player and nothing worked. The player that came with computer sMedio TrueDVD won’t play DVD’s. It keeps asking for region to be changed and region is already at 1. The default windows media player won’t work either. Message is something about '‘UDF’ Can someone help please?

Do you get issues when trying to play the video files stored in NAS from the media player in your notebook?
If yes, please install UPnP media server app in NAS first.
